Dr. KC Charette received her Bachelors Degree from Tulane University and earned her Masters and Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.
The American Psychological Association (APA) is the highest level of accreditation for graduate training in psychology; Dr. Charette attended an APA-accredited graduate school and completed an APA-accredited internship. She was then selected to complete an additional, year-long APA-accredited residency specializing in anxiety & mood disorders.
Dr. Charette has years of clinical experience in treating a range of psychological, relational and behavioral health concerns. She uses evidenced-based interventions and holistic/wellness approaches in therapy and will work with you to craft an individualized treatment plan. Aided by her warmth and authenticity, Dr. Charette creates a professional environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences.
She has years of experience in providing individual, couples/family and group therapy and has provided professional psychological services in medical centers, hospitals, mental health centers, and on university campuses. Outside of working with clients, Dr. Charette has provided clinical training, supervision, and consultation to Doctoral-level Interns and Residents.
