Dr. KC Charette is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Florida. While her physical office is located in Boca Raton, Dr. Charette serves patients throughout all of South Florida via tele-health. She provides individual, couples, family and group therapy. Dr. Charette works with teenagers (13 & up), young adults, adults & older adults.
Dr. Charette has over a decade of experience in treating a range of psychological concerns. She uses evidenced-based interventions and holistic/wellness approaches in therapy. Aided by her warmth and authenticity, Dr. Charette creates a professional & safe environment where clients feel supported and empowered to share their experiences. Dr. Charette is committed to creating a therapeutic space that is safe for individuals that are of any race, religion, national origin, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, age, or disability. She will work closely with you to craft an individualized plan for therapy based on your specific concerns and goals.
Dr. Charette received her Bachelors Degree from Tulane University and earned her Masters and Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. The American Psychological Association (APA) is the highest level of accreditation for graduate training in psychology; Dr. Charette attended an APA-accredited graduate school and completed an APA-accredited internship. She was then selected to complete an additional, year-long APA-accredited residency specializing in anxiety & mood disorders.
